twodoTerms of service

No tricks in the small text.

The short version: you own your data, you can leave any time, and clinical judgement stays with your practice. Last updated July 2026.

The service

twodo reads the documents your practice forwards to it, extracts and checks the details, drafts follow-ups, and helps patients book. It assists your team — it doesn't replace clinical or administrative judgement, and anything twodo isn't certain about waits for a human decision.

Your responsibilities

Use twodo only for your own practice's documents, keep your sign-in credentials safe, and make sure your practice is entitled to handle the information it forwards. Clinical responsibility for patient care always remains with your practice.

Pricing and trials

Founding practices run free during the pilot in exchange for honest feedback. Self-serve accounts get 60 days free, then the flat monthly price shown on the pricing page. No contract — switch off any time, effective at the end of the billing month.

Your data

Your practice owns its data. You can export it or have it deleted on request, and disconnecting twodo leaves your PMS exactly as your team left it. How we handle information is covered by our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

Service and liability

We work hard to keep twodo accurate and available, but no software is perfect: twodo is provided “as is”, and our total liability to you is capped at the fees you paid us in the previous three months. Nothing in these terms limits rights that can't be excluded under New Zealand law.

Ending things

You can stop using twodo whenever you like. We can suspend accounts that break these terms or put patient data at risk — we'll tell you why. On exit we'll return or delete your data per the privacy policy.

The boring but necessary

These terms are governed by New Zealand law. If we change them materially we'll email the practice owner first. Questions to hello@twodo.ai.
